    Email frequency varies. You may unsubscribe at any time by:

    • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or

    We will honor unsubscribe requests within ten (10) business days, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. We may still send you transactional or service-related messages (e.g., purchase confirmations, account notices) even after you unsubscribe from marketing emails.

    Express Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages from us, you give your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing, promotional, transactional, and informational text messages from GDM, Inc. and George McConnell at the phone number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

    Program Description

    Messages may include business strategy tips, program announcements, special offers, event reminders, mentorship updates, and other marketing or service-related content from GDM, Inc., George McConnell, and our affiliated brands (EE365 Academy, GDM Exclusive, 1HR Social, Prompt 2 Profit, Brand Dominance, and GDM Media).

    Message Frequency

    Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotions. You may receive multiple messages per week.

    Message & Data Rates

    Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages.

    Opt-Out Instructions

    You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will not receive additional marketing messages from us.     Supported Carriers

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We support most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others.

    Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

    We and our third-party service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels (including those from Meta/Facebook, Google, and TikTok), and similar technologies to:

    The Site may contain links to third-party platforms and services we use or recommend, including Skool (which hosts EE365 Academy, GDM Exclusive, 1HR Social, Brand Dominance, GDM Media, and other communities), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). These third parties operate independently and have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site or service. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

    8. Data Security

    We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information, and you provide it at your own risk.

    9. Data Retention

    We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records of consent for SMS and email communications are retained for at least four (4) years, or longer where required by applicable law.
